An unsigned, early 20th century oil on canvas painting of a New York city rooftop. Attributed to Sarah Pace Carothers (1910 - 1993) Baltimore, Maryland. Carothers, AKA Sarah Rhode is listed in "Who Was Who in American Art." Canvas measures 16" x 25", framed to 21" x 30". Likely WPA era. Very good condition with minor wear.
