Maniera di Barbizon (XX) - Lotto di due Paesaggi
Pair of paintings depicting a countryside landscape, dating back to the first decades of the 20th century, oil on canvas, in good condition. They are mounted on contemporary gilded wood frames, measuring 57 x 66 cm with the frame, the canvas alone measures approximately 46 x 56 cm for both. The signature is present in both paintings, right and left side at the bottom; I was unable to decipher the artist but the paintings are presumably of French origin and the style reflects the landscape artists who refer to the Barbizon school, active from the second half of the 19th century. There is a small lack of gilding in one of the two frames highlighted in the photo. (Finger photo) . The paintings are on first canvas and do not have pictorial retouching, sold only in pairs. Professional packaging and fast shipping
