Condition: Surface crack to panel at l.r. edge, scattered retouch, craquelure, accretions, surface grime.
Provenance: A private Worcester, Massachusetts, collection; through to the current owner.
N.B. A handwritten label on the reverse indicates that the bridge depicted was Cramond Bridge near Edinburgh, the site of a near robbery of King James V and his rescue by Jock Howieson.
