Mantel clock - Agate, Bronze, Glass - 1850-1900

Beautiful French bronze Louis Seize clock decorated with bronze ornaments; such as garlands, torches and floral elements. The top has a beautiful ornament. The time is displayed on an enamel dial with Roman numerals and openwork hands. The dial is protected by a glass window set in a bronze door. The back of the clock has a door. The clock is stamped and dated 1878 and is in excellent running condition and comes with pendulum and key. Some fine adjustment after transport may be necessary.
