Manuscript in the Holy handwriting of Rabbi Shmuel Salant - Rare!

A leaf written on both sides in the handwriting of The great Rabbi Shmuel Salant, chief Rabbi of Israel, wherein there is written beautiful and precious explanations on the Torah, Nevi'im and Kesuvim.

As is well known, writing was difficult for R' Shmuel Salant and he wrote little, most of the writings known from him are only his signatures - this rare and special page is written entirely by his own handwriting.

Printed in Sefer Torat Rabbeinu Shmuel (Jerusalem, 1998) volume 3, pages 337- .338, ( the last paragraph - 8 lines written in a slightly thinner handwriting - but also his handwriting, is not printed there).

The Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Salant (1816-1909) - Chief Rabbi of Israel, rabbi of Jerusalem, and leader of the Ashkenazi community for nearly 50 years. Immigrated to Israel in 1841, and since then for about seventy years has served in various positions in Jerusalem. Heading all Charitable activities and Torah institutions in Jerusalem and through him all Halachic, personal and communal decisions were made!

There's no beginning or end, only the actual ma'amar has complete paragraphs.
