[Cover title] Wonderful gilded age area plan created for members of the New York Country and Athletic Clubs. Wall size but dissected and laid down on linen and guarded with morocco boards. Also laid down are two small plans of the club grounds on Travers Island at Pelham as well as the Country Club Land Association grounds there. Names all tract and estate owners, race tracks and resort sites for the wealthy and fashionable. Published in limited numbers for the members of these two clubs. While there were similar large atlas city plans done at this period, none are as compact and useful as this. Very scarce. May lack outer slipcase.
