Pair of iconic Maralunga model armchairs designed by Vico Magistretti for the Cassina factory in 1973.Maralunga armchairs are entirely upholstered in bordeaux-colored leather. With warm and reassuring shapes, where the possibility of movement of the backrest, the soft aspect and the padding enhance the comfort giving rise to multiple interpretations.Maralunga armchairs are known for their rabbit ear backrest, that is adjustable at will. In fact the backrest being curved through an internal mechanism is easily adjustable upwards to allow the guest to rest his head.The feet of the wonderful armchairs have been created from a single shell of hard, black plastic.
