Marc Kopil is a romanian painter and illustrator born in Oradea in 1974. A major in graphics ( 2001-UVT, Faculty of Fine Art) influenced greatly his painting style. He worked as an independent artist from 2006, when he became a member of the Union of Artists of Romania and took part in many solo and group exhibitions in Romania, Germany, France. Marc Kopil managed for a few years a professional studio in Timisoara; this work belongs to that period. Since 2012 he works and lives in France while keeping strong ties with his home country.
