Marcel Wanders - Moooi - Chair - Vip chair

The Moooi VIP Chair is a design by Marcel Wanders. The chair was specially designed for the World Expo 2000 in Hanover, where they were located in the Royal Wing Room on top of the "Dutch Pavilion". The chair was then included in the Moooi collection, which is a perfect match given the chair's eccentric and recognisable character. The base of the chair is made of metal with foam on top and a beautiful fabric from Kvadrat: Divina Melange. This felt-like fabric is made of 100% wool and is extremely durable. The chair seems to float slightly above the ground due to its wide-flared legs, but under the legs a set of nylon wheels appear so that the chair moves easily. This version is in olive green.
