The mother mare, though legs wobbling, excitedly bends her neck down to touch nose`s with her newborn creation. The young foal lays with sprawled legs that eventually one day will carry her across the landscapes of the earth. The beholder witnesses this special moment where a bond is forged on the stable floor. The bronze sculpture was finished with a brown patina stain for preservation. It is mounted upon a black marble base.
