ink, pastel, acrylic, canvas, 90 x 65 cm, signed and labeled on the reverse: 'follow II | 65 x 90 cm | ink, pastel, pencil on canvas | 2024 | Margo Vovchok'

A visual artist born in the Carpathian region of Ukraine, she lives and works in Warsaw. From 2017 to 2021, she studied at Lviv Polytechnic National University, at the Institute of Architecture and Design, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural design.

Graphic art lies at the heart of her artistic practice. Through detail and hidden meanings, she explores inner emotional states and the ways they are visually expressed and interpreted.

She is interested in the balance between the superficial and the profound in the reception of an image—how a first impression coexists with hidden layers of content and feelings. In her work, she addresses the themes of memory, personal experience, and emotional experiences, exploring the potential of the image as a space for individual interpretation.
