"Maria Amalia of Parma with her four children", important Italian oil painting!, ca. 1785

Painted about 1785 group portrait of Empress Maria Theresia's daughter, Archduchess of Austria and sister of Marie Antoinette of France, Maria Amalia, Duchess of Parma (1746-1804; ) with four from her survived seven children - Princess Maria Antonia (1774-1841), Princess Charlotte Maria (1777-1813), Prince Philip Maria (1783-1786; it is probably only known representation of his) and Princess Antonia Louise (1784 - died in infancy).

This relative small oil on iron painting is a work of good Italian artist of the late 18th century.
