Marie Nez, Navajo, Hand Woven Textile, Hand-Spun

This great textile is from Navajo weaver artist Marie Nez. She specialized in hand-spun wool with vegetal dyes. It has gray/brown with red, yellow and off white. Retains original label from 1989 and measures 6" x 8" Last image is of adorable Marie Nez. NOTE: We do not own the last photo, borrowed from Adopt-A-Native-Elder.
