Provenance: Acquired in 1978 from John Doyle Gallery, Chicago

Condition: One corner of blue element shows separation of tape from wire frame. Few small points of loss to pigments loosely scattered throughout work. Tape layers also show older and stable separation along seams. Considering materials used this work shows in fair condition. Unframed.
