Marilyn Monroe Movie Costume Continuity Display

Marilyn Monroe framed memorabilia display featuring a production wardrobe continuity document from the 1954 film There's No Business Like Show Business, identifying Monroe in the role of Vicky and detailing costume changes, scene references, handwritten wardrobe notes, and fabric swatches. Also included are a vintage black and white production photograph of Marilyn Monroe in costume with a wardrobe slate and an handwritten wardrobe notation slip dated 1954 referencing "Italian straw" and "St. Tropez." Presented in a custom black frame with gilt liner and double matting. The reverse retains Coconut Grove Gallery and Tru Vue Conservation Glass labels, Approximate measurements: Frame 24 x 27.5 x 1.5 in.; photo sight 9.5 x 7.5 in.; production document sight 11 x 8.5 in.; handwritten costume notation slip sight 1.75 x 11.5 in.

Condition: Good overall vintage condition exhibiting typical age-related toning, creasing, and small losses to the production document consistent with studio use and age. The frame exhibits typical storage wear along the edges and corners. Not examined out of frame.
