“Trio” - etching, year 1954. Made in Paris - the atelier of Fequet and Baudier - on hand-cut Auvergne du Moulin paper. Size of the engraving: 51 x 38. 5 cm. Plate: 37 x 30 cm. Signed in pencil without edition because it’s one of the 3 personal works, as per colophon: G. di S. Lazzaro. An engraving that was part of a collection of 13 engravings entitled “L’Album n. 1”. Total edition: 1-15 Arabic numerals on Auvergne paper + 3 personal copies. 35 copies on Rives paper, numbered from 16 to 50 Arabic numerals + 15 out-of-print copies numbered from I to XV Roman numerals. All the plates were staked out after the print run, year 1968. The copy for sale was in the name of G. di San Lazzaro. Published in Guastalla, “Catalogue raisonné of the graphic works” by Marino Marini, and in Graphis-Toninelli, “Marino Marini Acquaforti” (the catalogues are not part of the lot) .
