Mario Schifano (1934-1998) - Gigli d'Acqua
Magnificent material screenprint signed in original by Mario Schifano. Large, very colorful piece. This important screenprint was exhibited at a famous exhibition in Palermo (2020) on the author and his work carried out in Sicily. Schifano in fact retired to Gibellina between 1984 and 1985 where he painted over ten very large canvases including Scirocco and, indeed, I Gli d'acqua from which this material serigraphy was taken. The piece is accompanied by an original article written by Vittorio Sgarbi specifically for this piece and presented during the exhibition.
The item is shipped packaged and without frame. if it is a collection in Palermo it can be sold with frame and glass with a surcharge of only €80.
