The various passages of colour, layer upon layer, are quite evident, in fact they create a materiality typical of the Master's works which is unfortunately not very evident in the photos.
In person, these subjects are truly very beautiful, they repay the view and give the idea of being in front of true ingenious masterpieces like the artist, unfortunately little understood and somewhat belittled by the critics of his time.
