Work “of a sure value” because I will enclose a CD with video commentary about it by Francesco BONI, one of the major Italian experts of Mario Schifano and not only (in his public programme from 01. 02. 2018 episode no. 24 of “Porto Franco” on Arte & Investimenti - Milan) , confirming that the work “is a reinterpretation of the Palm. . . unrepeated and so, in addition to being authentic, it’s above all autograph”, that is painted by Schifano and not made by his students. The potential buyers should watch the episode on Arte & Investimenti to have a confirmation of all this. Please also consider that, in the latest Sotheby’s auction in Milan on 11. 04. 2019, a 1995 work (“Musa Ausiliaria”) , bigger than mine but from the same year, was sold for €50,000 with an estimate of €40,000/60,000. Another one from 1991 was sold for €31,250 with an estimate of €25,000/30,000. 2 works from 1961 and 1965 were sold for €948,000 and €972,000 (cf. photos) .
