Special collection consisting of three works by Mark Sugar from 2021, entitled “Vittoria Alata Abstract collection” from the “Brixia” series. Three perfect reproductions of the real winged Victory of Brescia, a bronze statue of the first century, preserved at the Museum of Santa Giulia in Brescia. Discovered in 1826 together with the other Roman bronzes near the Capitolium, it’s one of the symbols of the city of Brescia, Italy. Other works are present in various locations and private galleries in New York, London, Milan, Amsterdam, Brussels, Antwerp, Paris, Hong Kong, Geneva, Lugano, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, and Brescia. In 2018 he presented “Shoes, lamps & hearts” at the Yotel New York Times Square in Manhattan, United States. He collaborated with photographer Lena Di to “A Photographic project” dedicated to the sculpture “Womantree”. In January 2019, he exhibited “Sugarheart in Mondrian London” at the Sea Containers in London. In September 2019, he participated in the Cactus Revolution exhibition in “Arti Fluide”, Villa Borromeo, Milan. In October 2019, he exhibited at “The Chemical Project” in Palazzo Facchi, a historic residence in Brescia. In February 2020, he exhibited “La fuga del bambino” at the Gare 82 contemporary art gallery. In September 2020 he participated in the group exhibition “Camera con vista su Brescia” at the Hotel Vittoria. Each work has the certificate of authenticity. Three unique pieces. Works already exhibited at the Gare 82 contemporary art gallery. Technique: sand and polylactic acid, resin and acrylic. Each sculpture measures 24 x 20 x 16 cm.
