Created in 1897, this pattern owes its name to the marly chateau built near paris by louis xiv. Marly is one of the most elaborately decorated patterns of the collection; the fine chasing of its asymmetrical plant motifs, typical of the rocaille or louis xv style, highlight the silversmith's expertise and attention to detail. Excellent vintage condition with minor surface scratches, as expected with age. No monograms. This set will be beautifully polished and sealed in individual plastic sleeves prior to shipping.
