Martinelli Luce - Elio Martinelli - Arched floor lamp - Martinelli 2164 flex floor lamp - Metal

Inspired by the human spine and intended to resemble vertebrae, the 'Flex' floor lamp was designed by Elio Martinelli for Martinelli Luce, Italy in 1969.
Consists of a ribbed, swiveling white plastic arm that slides easily back and forth, and a fully swiveling painted metal shade and fixed base.
The 'spine' is flexible, allowing height adjustment.
Dimensions: Height can be adjusted from 11. 25" to 62. 75" Length can be adjusted from 12. 75" when the lamp is upright (base diameter) to 60" when fully extended.
The diameter of the hood is 8. 25 inches (the dimensions given reflect the highest adjustment and shortest length, which in this case is the base diameter.)
Beautiful, vintage condition, without light scratches and paint loss on the base.
