Don’t miss this opportunity and become the new owner of this very unique Maserati Coupé! This is a NO RESERVE PRICE AUCTION. The Mistral, named after the cold northern wind of southern France, was introduced by Maserati as the replacement for the successful 3500 GT. The Mistral is the last model from the Casa del Tridente (House of the Trident) with the famous six-cylinder engine with double spark and double overhead camshaft. This engine was also used in the Maserati 250F Grand Prix cars, which won eight Grand Prix between 1954 and 1960 and the F1 World Championship in 1957, driven by Juan Manuel Fangio. The Mistral is the last Maserati with a 6 inline engine, putting an end to a great tradition that had its origins in the Maserati Grand Prix racers. Only 868 of the 3. 7 and 4. 0 litre versions were produced, making this Maserati a very popular and sought-after classic. This car is in excellent condition since the recently completed restoration (2020) . The car has been fully checked and fitted with a new coat of paint in the original colour 106R7 Amaranto Roma. In addition, the interior has been renovated and the car has been equipped with a completely new high-end exhaust system. This exceptional Maserati is offered with a certificate of origin and a complete maintenance history folder with invoices worth about 30,000 euros (this in addition to the recent restoration) . An important fact is that the original matching engine was overhauled about 13 years ago (pictures and invoices available) . Perfect for a collection because of its good condition, but also to enjoy driving. Value stability, with the potential for appreciation, is a given for a car in this condition with such a low production number. So don't wait too long and grab this chance to become the owner of this beautiful classic, a dream come true for the Maserati enthusiast.
