With GIA report no. 2213594574 stating Sri Lanka origin, no indications of heat treatment.

Condition Report: Star sapphire: slightly medium deep grayish violetish blue, strong centered six legged star, moderately included, visible hexagonal zoning, silk, minor surface-reaching inclusion to the side, several chips to sides by girdle, several minor bruises, semi-translucent, very good polish.

Diamonds: G-H-I-VS-SI.
