Condition:

The painting is a watercolour, framed under glazing - not examined external to the frame. The sheet appears in generally good order, no obvious tears, creases or losses. There is some ageing (browning) of the sheet and five or so small, sparsly distributed spots of foxing. There is some sticky residue to the surface in the lower right. General wear and tear to the frame.
