Maurice de Vlaminck

Condition Report:
Canvas is lined. There are webs of craquelure in areas most predominantly along the left edge and to the middle of the composition as well as in other minor areas of the composition. There is a milky varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating. However examination under UV light appears to reveal what could be areas of old retouching along the edges.

Hôtel Drouot, Paris, 14 December 1951, lot 30

Mrs. de Maistre (1956)

Lefevre Gallery, London
