A very rare Art Deco “walking” bronze panther sculpture with black patina on a black marble base. Signed Max Le Verrier on the base and Bronze on its foot. It’s from the year 1920. The dimensions of this unique piece are 52 cm x 12 cm x 22 cm. It weighs around 10. 500 grams. This beautiful piece is definitely a must have for big antique and especially Art-Deco lovers . This is another unique panther design (closed mouth and more refined) than the other ones that were made later by Max le Verrier.
