L.I.) good very fine (6) £100-£140---Sidney Crilly attested for the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry and served with the 2nd Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front from 1 May 1915. He was wounded and taken Prisoner of War at Givenchy on 25 September 1915, and was held for the remainder of the War at Phalempin Camp and in Friedrichsfeld.
