West. 2/Oxf: & Bucks: L.I.) nearly extremely fine £200-£240---M.M. London Gazette 13 March 1919.Alfred E. West was the husband of Mrs B. West of Lathbury, Newport Pagnell. He served during the Great War with the 2nd Battalion, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry in the French theatre of war from 28 August 1914 (entitled to 1914 Star trio).
