France, Medal of Honour in Silver London Gazette 15 December 1919.William Booth was a native of Brighton. He served during the Great War with the 1st Battalion, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry in the Asiatic theatre of war from 5 December 1914.
