Middle Ages, Merovingia.
Material: bronze.
Technique: Lost wax casting.
Decorative technique: Embossing.
Decoration: incised with stylized volutes, die-cut circles, geometric and abstract motifs.
Bronze liriform belt buckle with uniform dark green patina.
Decorated liriform bronze buckle. Semicircular distal end with distal appendage. It retains three support supports on the back as a hinge, in addition to the fixing element.
Dimensions: 9. 5 cm X 4. 5 cm.
Weight: 69 gr.

Current acquisition in Gallery specialized in Archeology and ancient art 2001.
Piece retains its original antique patina.
