We are offering. This Aixam mega Tjaffer in a superb condition! The MEGA Tjaffer is a kit car from the MEGA factory in France, based on a Citroën AX. Due to its cheeky appearance, plastic bodywork, Citroën technique and multifunctionality, the comparison to the Mehari is quickly made. But the MEGA Tjaffer, however, is 'much more car', much more robust and better able to be used as a vehicle for daily use. The whole is a polyester construction with galvanised chassis. 2 roll bars are installed on the chassis, on the spot of the windscreen and behind the front seats. It is allowed to transport a surfboard, for example, on the 2 roll bars, all kinds of accessories were available for this at the time. The Tjaffer has a particularly low centre of gravity and due to its low weight it is particularly fast. This Tjaffer, from the 2nd owner, is original Dutch and neatly maintained. Documentation is therefore present. The technical equipment is a 1400 cc petrol engine, is original. The interior is neat and original, the driver's seat has a small hole in the leatherette. The exterior is in a neat and undamaged condition, recently the car was completely repainted in the original colour, also in the matt hue, these types of cars were made in the factory in a matt look instead of a shiny colour.
