from a series of 16 foreign exchange children, designed by Michael Victor Acier in 1775 after drawings by Johann Elias Zeissig alias Schönau, carved model number F3. as well as embossing and brush number, naturalistic form with polychrome painted on glaze and gold staffage, Cupids standing on a triangular base with French motto, holding a rosary above a pedestal with two flamed hearts, floral trimming, quiver and cloth expertly restored, h 14,5 cm, source: Bergmann, Meissener Figuren, vol.
