This 19th century Meissen porcelain cabinet figure of a nobleman is beautifully rendered & dressed in a detailed colorful costume of the period. The hand painted porcelain figure is positioned eloquently upright with one raised hand. The figure is on a round hand painted platform & resembles an orator making a speech. The undersurface displays blue hand painted crossed swords under the glaze. There are no chips cracks or repairs.7 1/4" tall X 3 1/8" wide X 2 7/8" deep
