Of square outline, the engraved vertical striped case, with grooved detail and an old and brilliant-cut diamond cluster thumbpiece, opening to reveal a mirrored lid and a powder compartment, bearing French assay marks for gold and silver, signed Mellerio dits Meller, numbered 1.869.D, total diamond weight approx. 1.20ct, length 6.8cm.
Condition Report: Weight approx. 172g. Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds in good condition.
