Mercedes-Benz - 180 B (W120) - 1961

[ translate ]

180 B (W120) from 1961 in good condition. 1,897 cc and 68 hp petrol engine, preserved in excellent condition, never restored. 80,000 real km, although no service booklets have been preserved. Owned by the seller since 1994, when the car was bought from the first owner, after finding it stored inside an old garage where it had been covered and resting on jack stands since 1980. That same year the car was painted (originally it was light blue) and fine-tuned. Not a single piece of the interior or exterior has been replaced. A vehicle that has had a magnificent life. Original factory chrome-plating. Minor scuff marks on some corners of the bumpers. Imported to Spain in 1962 by the owner who bought it again in Germany, where he had emigrated. This person kept a record of every refuelling with the km travelled by the car during its lifetime, something that was shown to the current owners when they bought the car (at that time it had 58,000 km) . The interior is absolutely original, including the rubber mats. Everything preserved in excellent condition, except for some wear on the driver’s floor, below the pedals, and a small hole in the headlining upholstery (original one) . The car has its Becker Brescia radio, which was an original option. Mechanically, the ball joints have just been replaced, steering clearances have been repaired, brake service done and the car had an overall service and greasing. New exhaust silencer. New diagonal US Royal whitewall tyres. Everything in perfect working condition, the car can travel anywhere. Used every year in several gatherings and events. Currently, its ITV (Spanish vehicle inspection) has expired, but the car will be delivered with a new one, passed right before delivery. This vehicle is located in Orense. Galicia. Spain.
