This SL 320 was originally delivered in California in the rare colour Rosenholzmetallic with a nice beige leather interior. The car is well maintained and has driven only 48,000 miles and this you can really tell from the looks of it: the paintwork is beautiful, the interior very clean and even the light-coloured carpets are still like new and appear unused. The car has virtually all of the extras such as air conditioning, cruise control, headlight wipers, radio, hardtop and a very nice dark brown fabric soft-top. Also fitted with electrically adjustable seats with seat heating and beautiful alloy wheels with new tyres and the original on-board tools. The 6-cylinder engine runs very nice and quiet and accelerates well, the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The car drives, brakes and steers excellent without any noise. In recent years, much has been done in term of preventive maintenance including replacement of the wiring harness in the engine compartment (a known issue with these models) . The car currently has a Dutch licence and the American license plates are no longer present. The beautiful Mercedes can be viewed and collected in Herkenbosch, the Netherlands.
