Mercedes-Benz - 500 E (W124) - 1991

Mercedes Benz W124 500E, the “wolf in sheep’s clothing”, only just under 10,500 units were produced from 1991 to 1995.
The 500E offered here was delivered in Austria and always moved there (history traceable) .
Among other things, the car has special equipment such as:
- sunroof,
- cruise control,
- automatic climate control,
- Electric seats with memory function on the driver's side,
- Heated seats
- rear roller blind etc. ,
This makes it one of the better equipped W124s!

The interior is in good condition given its age, the wood is slightly worn and the clear coat is brittle, but the leather is in good condition.

A lot has been done technically recently.
- For example, the rear axle was removed, sandblasted and painted.
- Of course, all rubbers, bearings and handlebars were replaced.
- Petrol, hydraulic and brake lines were also replaced
- As well as the hydraulic shock absorbers.
A major service with replacement of automatic transmission oil, differential oil and engine oil was also carried out.

All 4 original rims and the rim of the spare wheel have been reconditioned.
A stainless steel exhaust from the catalytic converter is installed, the original exhaust system is present and included.

In 2007 the 500E unfortunately had a crash on the right front. According to the previous owner, the fenders, headlights, hood and bumper were damaged in this area. The owner at the time decided to have the entire body removed from rust and repainted as part of the repair, so the body is almost rust-free so far!

A valuation report and report on the historical preservation value have been prepared.
