Mercedes-Benz - 560 SEL - 1989

[ translate ]

Up for auction: A very beautiful 560 SEL in the best colour combination - blueish-black metallic paint with black leather interior. The car was imported from Japan in 2017 and it was in the possession of one owner ever since. As you can see in the photos, there are no rust problems with this car. This beautiful 560 will get a new German technical inspection (TÜV) and emission control (ASU) before delivery, the tyres were changed 1,000 km ago and an oil service was just freshly done. The vehicle shows no perforating rust and there are also no visible rust bubbles, neither on the bodywork, nor on the wheel arches or on the bumpers. The German “Fahrzeugbrief” (vehicle title) as well as the German registration certificate are present. Considering the condition of the upholstery and especially the condition of the driver’s seat, the odometer reading seems credible and is also confirmed in the Japanese export documents. (Unfortunately, the service booklet is no longer available.) In Japan, these vehicles mostly serve as a status symbol, so they are often just used for drives to the golf course. A German vintage car license plate (H plate) can be obtained at a surcharge of €200. We have only used this vehicle for Sunday outings and wedding drives in the last three years. According to the German technical inspection (TÜV certificate) , the car has a displacement of 5491 cc. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: Automatic climate control Becker Europa radio (German) Power windows Power sunroof Heated seats Electrically adjustable rear seats Front armrest 15-hole alloy rims with new tyres Electrically adjustable seats with memory Cruise control The engine, the transmission, the air conditioning, the power windows, the power sunroof, the electrically adjustable back seats, the electrically adjustable front seats and the electrically operated rear window blind have been checked and currently function without any objections. The gaps between the doors and the frames show no deviations from the factory norm. The wooden fittings are somewhat faded due to age. A refurbishment can be offered for a surcharge of approx. €1,500. The bonnet has a small dent, but it doesn’t affect the overall impression in a negative way. The car is located in 88339 Bad Waldsee, Biberacherstr. 122, Germany.
