Mercedes-Benz - CLK 230 Sport Kompressor - 1998

Thank you very much for your interest in our Mercedes Benz CLK 230 Sport Kompressor. Model with the reinforced sports chassis. The car comes from Spain, directly from the first owner. Well maintained for years and it drives fantastic. Purchased new by the head of the family and really cherished. The car can now be sold to make more space in the garage as the owner is getting older and isn’t using it. It hasn’t even done 150 km in the last 2 years! The engine starts and drives well. The engine doesn’t vibrate or smoke. The gears shift well without background noise. The brakes work well including the handbrake. The interior is completely original and looks good. The leather upholstery still looks very good. The fabric headliner is on the other hand less good. Properly working tilting roof. The paint looks good and original. There will of course be minor points to touch up or minor pitting, unsurprising after 24 years. Four original Mercedes alloy wheels. In short, a nice and real Sports edition with a 230 Kompressor engine. The absolute best in 1997 and 1998. The left sill has a recent small dent caused by a trailer. The bulkheads were 1. 5 cm too high ;
-) , easy to straighten. The chassis also looks great as well as the engine bay and boot space. This is down to the very favourable climate, the iron has no rot. It can be collected in Almelo. A nice and properly driving car.
