This car is equipped with the 8-cylinder 4266 engine. It was considered interesting for Mercedes and its customers to make the car in this way as an exclusive car with the best performance in its category on the market (0/100 km in 6. 6 seconds!) .
The unit shown here left the factory in 1998 and was registered in Italy in 2001. Since then it has been used sparingly and carefully, in fact it has covered only 114,000 km (less than 5,000 km per year!) .
It had only 2 owners, one in Germany from 1998 to 2001, and since 2001 to the present day the same owner, who always treated it with care. This is an investment piece.
As optional extras, it has an electrically-operated sunroof, air conditioning, power windows, fully electrically adjustable seats, CD radio with CD changer in the boot, BOSE stereo system, Nokia internal phone, grey leather interior.

This engine delivers 279 hp to the rear wheels. Everything in the engine compartment is beautiful and original; all factory stickers are still there. Clean and dry engine compartment.
