Mercury - Monterey Colony Park - 1962

Mercury Monterey Colony Park. The car was imported from America in 1991 and the body and chassis were restored and improved. Done at Shelby Cars in the Netherlands for just over 100,000 guilders. The original engine is a Ford 390 FE with Edelbrock aluminium cylinder heads and a large Holly carburettor. It has an electronic ignition and an Impco Gas LPG system. Airlift shock absorbers on the rear axle. Completely stainless steel exhaust system with a very nice sound. The car also has air conditioning, it just needs to be filled. The chassis and body are like new, no rust, only minor blisters in the paint. A very nice car, the chrome is in good condition. The chrome does have some minor damage. And some minor paint damage from being in storage in the garage. Always dry inside and well preserved during the 30 years since the restoration. The car was used for fun drives in recent years, we have owned the car for the last 7 years. We are the 2nd owner in the Netherlands. Export documents can be arranged.
