More info:
Michiel Folkers a. k. a. Gieler (1982) started with graffiti in Amsterdam in the late 1990s. Years later he exchanged the street walls for canvas in his studio. The feeling of the streets can still be clearly seen or felt in much of his work. His work currently travels all over the world and he exhibits in galleries from Zurich to New York. His work has been popular in recent years, especially in America, and hangs in the homes of several 'famous people'.
