Mid-20th century silver condiment set
A mid-20th century silver three piece condiment set, with blue glass liners, in the Arts and Crafts style with Celtic motif border edge, hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., Birmingham 1951, height of pepper 7.5cm; with two associated spoons, one hallmarked Birmingham 1900, and the other Sheffield 1976. Gross silver weight 3.24ozt (101g).
Condition Report:
- One Bristol Blue liner is damaged and re-glued with chips to the rim edge
- The open salt has a number of dents around the body
- The pepper pot is misshapen in that the finial isn't straight and it slants when stood
- All pieces with blackening and tarnishing
- Some pitting
- Spoons associated
