Milo Manara Genius #1 Splash Page 24 Original Art (Furio Viano Editoré, 1969). This is from Milo Manara's his first ever published story, and he would go on to become a huge hit in both this series, and later in the French Metal Hurlant (and US Heavy Metal). Solid construction, although Manara's technique would refine even further by the time of his early-1970s work for the erotic series Jolanda de Almaviva, *Click!*, and Butterscotch. Manara's copyright stamp appears on the reverse. Signed in the lower margin. Ink over graphite on Bristol board, with painted white retouching. The image area is 8.5" x 12.5". Excellent condition.
