Observations on the Volcanos of the two Sicilies as They have been communicated to the Royal Society of London', plates include numbers 4-5, 16, 42-47, and 49-54 only, with one landscape view, the other 14 geological samples, etchings with extensive original hand-colouring, black ruled borders and grey wash margins on laid paper with large Strasbourg lily watermarks, each sheet approx. 320 x 455 mm. (12 1/2 x 18 in), or the reverse, some handling creases, damage and loss to several corners, occasional surface dirt, loose, unframed, sold by Pietro Fabris, [circa 1776-1779] (15).
