Beautiful Austin Mini Mayfair from 1988 up for auction! This Mini was fully restored by the previous owner, it has new rims with tyres, beautiful Tartan Red paint and an Old English White roof. The interior was completely replaced and fitted with leather seats with a new walnut dashboard. Exterior: The paintwork is in neat, newly painted condition. The Mini used to be grey, but it now features original Austin Tartan Red with an Old English White roof. The paint is neat, no damage or rust! The bottom and body are sleek and neat, with new sills and a neat layer of Tectyl ML. All chrome is new and replaced, the bumpers are made of stainless steel, the grille is original and new, all lighting is new and it has a sports exhaust. The Mini features John Cooper striping and stripes on the bonnet. The rims were purchased new in 2020, 12" Ultralight with Falken tyres, fully aligned and balanced. It has new mudguard wideners, these are neatly painted in the original colour. Interior: In beautiful condition, with original Cooper front seats in black leather with red piping, matching rear bench, neat headlining, front seat belts, new real walnut dashboard, original new door panels, black carpet with black mats (new) . It has a new Moto-Lita style steering wheel made of stainless steel with walnut. Mechanics: The original 998cc engine was overhauled in 2015 and produces almost 50 HP, the block works perfectly and has a properly shifting 4-speed gearbox. The Mini is equipped with front disc brakes with good calipers, new brake discs and brake pads were mounted last year. The suspension, brakes and springs are in a good condition and work great. We will take care of a new Dutch periodic vehicle inspection prior to the sale.
