Mini - Mayfair 1000 - 1991

Stylish classic Mini that is becoming increasingly rare. Mayfair version with chic fabric upholstery and headrests, tachometer. The registration says Austin, but the type plate shows Rover group. The Mini was bought by us in 2000 at a Mini specialist/dealer with 63,000 km on the odometer. Underbody was sealed in 2000 and annually maintained. Until 2010, since then it stood in an indoor caravan storage and was only used for the occasional trip up until 2014. Dutch Periodic Vehicle Inspection until 27 Aug. 2019. Mini is original, not restored. Does have some rust at the bottom of the doors. Drives well, does not consume any oil, but “sweats” (leaks) a bit. Drain tray, for when it is in the garage, is included as well as a cover and a battery switch. Further, a set of wrenches (English) , spark plug wrench, jumper lead and tin of Castrol oil. On the rear shelf there are 3 ‘Mayfair’ models of Corgitoys 1/36, red, silver, blue. On the back seat there is a picnic case with crockery (unused) and 2 bears.
