**Originally Listed At $200**
Ancient Near East, modern-day Turkey, Anatolia, ca. 2800 to 2200 BCE. A lovely kilia head of a miniature form, carved from creamy white marble. The head exhibits a round-tipped triangular form with a tapered neck line, a thin nose, perky ears, and traces of the original eyes. Kilia are highly stylized female figures made throughout the Mediterranean during the Chalcolithic period and Early Bronze Age.
