Read the back of the frame and you will see that George Baxter did mostly lithographs. So, this goes back to ptobably late 1860's. The litho measures 1.75" X 1". With frame, measures 5.25" X 4.2". Can't seem to find the mark. Sold "as is" since there is no way to prove the provenance. In VG conditions, no chips or cracks. X 4.2".
